Key Responsibilities: 

• Managing our ad business (ad serving & business development) through RMX 
• Day to day fulfillment of advertising activities (create, manage, and monitor campaigns) 
• Consult and manage existing advertisers to identify their individual needs 
• Develop a targeted, tiered list of prospective advertisers to work with 
• Maximize return on investment through campaign analysis and account management 
• Reporting to senior management and recommend strategy for continuous improvement 
• Keep up to date with developments, trends and best practice within RMX/Ad Exchanges 

Key Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of Internet Marketing experience 
• Extensive knowledge of Right Media Exchange is essential 
• Proven track record in improving & maintaining conversions through Ad Exchanges 
• Dynamic personality 
• Ability to grow and support a dynamic, fast-paced business 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Excellent time management skills
