Sales Manager


Responsibilities

  • Business spirit and willingness to work and excel in a growing and challenging market and company environment
  • A strong sales background with a proven track record of technology and/or consultancy sales.
  • A "let's-go-out-and-get-the-client" attitude combined with positive aggressiveness should be part of your personality
  • Several years of experience in a similar business environment
  • Superior communication skills
  • Perfect presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English, and in addition of the language of your territory
  • A network of active relationships in the corporate sector
  • Ideally a business degree, or a similar educational background. Mandatory is a solid understanding of communication and marketing


Qualifications

  • You will be in charge of building up a client portfolio in your territory. You will be in charge of everything from any pre-sales activities, to closing a deal, to supporting post-sales account management
  • You will represent the company in the respective client groups, and eventually at industry events and/or local associations
  • You understand solid reporting and working with a CRM tool above the level of an average sales executive. You will be supported by central and local marketing people and activities
  • You will report to a Senior Sales Manager, or directly to a Country Manager (depending on your location)
  • We expect readiness to travel extensively to local easyAd markets (including support during key customer pitches), and to the development centre
  • Sales executives will be responsible for sales budgets within the field of their designated industry or market
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge across the company
  • High interest/success in client customer service and internet media business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish would be of advantage)
