Michael Stusch
President & CEO
Michael is the founder of the group and has over 17 years of experience in the software and online marketing sectors both in Europe and the U.S. He founded ADTECH in 1998 and served as CEO until 2000, later he was sitting in the supervisory board and controlled the company until he sold ADTECH in 2007 to AOL/Time Warner.
He was formerly a business development manager at United Internet (Frankfurt: UTDI), where he was involved with the founding and early expansion of AdLink Internet Media, which was subsequently spun out and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Prior to United Internet, Michael held business development manager positions in 2 European wide acting Multimedia companies.
Michael holds degrees in engineering and business studies from the Universities of Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Michael Sturm
CSO
As CSO Michael Sturm is responsible for all easyAd sales figures. He can look back to twelve years of experience in the technology and online marketing sectors.
Before his engagement at easyAd he acted as sales and marketing director at one of the leading affiliate providers in Europe. Michael Sturm started his career after his studies in the management of a leading IT systems house. After that he changed into the management of an event and sports marketing agency. As sales and marketing director at adRom Media, a leading Permission-Based-email marketing provider in Austria, he was responsible for the business development outside Austria and the conceptual design, planning and implementation of new projects.
Michael Sturm graduated in lectureship for English and information technology as well as in marketing.
Oliver Posch
COO
As COO Oliver Posch is responsible for all operative units. This includes amongst other things the product management and the software development as well as the company-wide marketing.
Oliver Posch came to easyAd from a different profession and is quite an unconventional thinker. He can look back to 10 years experience in the ITC business. He was one of the first in business when the telecommunication market was deregulated 1998 and held positions in product development, product management and product marketing in different companies like TelePassport and Arcor. Recently he was responsible for the product marketing team at the dtms GmbH in Mainz and furthermore supported as business development manager in the mobile business section. At the same time he was working for the sister company 11899 as the responsible person for the online and WAP appearance as the accompaniment and innovator of a new information service.
Oliver Posch studied economics and law in Münster and Frankfurt/Main.
